Here’s a video from last night’s session at the TED Conferences. Vijay Kumar from the University of Pennsylvania spoke about the Aerodynamic Agile Robots they’ve created. These things are AWESOME. They have the capability to maneuver quickly, carry weight, construct buildings, and travel in larger groups while still working and cooperating together with its neighboring robots.
Check it out! (The video is a little dry in the beginning with all the physics explanations, but once it gets to the demos it’s awesome!)
